Orhan Holding and Cap Corporation from South Korea have agreed to establish a partnership to produce fluid lines for automotive manufacturers, especially for Renault Samsung Motors, in South Korea.
In line with previously completed Nobel Automotive investment, this partnership stands as new and important step towards Orhan Holding’s growth and globalization objectives. The investment is planned to be completed by the end of 2007, and is going to be realized in Gyeongsangbuk-Do region of South Korea, which is a sister city of Bursa.
Letter of intent regarding this partnership has been signed between Byung Hun Koh, Chairman of Cap Corporation, and Murat Orhan, Chairman of Orhan Holding, on 23 October 2007 in South Korea, where Governor of Gyeongsangbuk-Do Kwan-Yong Kim, Representative Sang-Bae Lee and local authorities were present during the signing ceremony.
