Orhan Holding completed the purchase of Dana Corporation's North American Fluid Products, Hose and Tubing Operations on August 10, 2007.
Previously, Orhan Holding had completed the purchase of Dana Corporation's European Fluid Products Hose and Tubing operations in July 2007.
The assets purchased in North America include:
- A facility in Archbold, Ohio.
- Enginering and Sales Center
in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
- A facility in Paris, Tennessee.
- A facility in San Luis Potosi, Mexico.
